The Maze (2013)

My friend Nathan teaches 4th and 5th grade reading, and he thought it’d be sweet that after standardized testing was done, he would create a film festival with his students with films that they wrote and acted in!
Yesterday was the debut of the film festival, and seeing the enthusiasm of these kids was one of the coolest things ever. I took some pictures on my film camera — I’m developing the prints in about a week, so I’ll show you guys some shots then!
Anyway, we wanted to make everything as legit as possible, so Nathan asked me if I could create some posters for the film. I was most stoked about this one, The Maze. It was a great story, about some kids who get lost in the forest. It has a hilarious ending and I think hearing the kids laughing at the end made this my favorite film!
